The Nilax Engineering Coating Pan is designed for applying uniform aqueous or organic film coatings on tablets, pellets, and micro-granules. It is also extensively used for sugar coating of tablets. This coating pan is an essential piece of equipment for pharmaceutical and allied industries.

Common Features:

•  The standard pan is elliptical in shape and mounted at an inclination of 30. Pans in other geometrical shapes and mounting angles can be supplied as per customer requirements.
•  Variable pan speed (RPM) with smooth operation. A thermostatically controlled hot air blower is provided to supply the required volume of air at adjustable temperatures ranging from 40C to 80C.
•  FLP / Non-FLP electricals available on request. (Optional)
•  Adjustable tilting mechanism for easy angle control during coating operations.
•  Polishing pan with high-quality canvas lining, featuring quick and easy mounting on the drive hub.
