About Liquid Filling Line
The Nilax Engineering Liquid Oral Plant (cGMP) is designed for the efficient and hygienic manufacturing of oral liquid formulations such as syrups and suspensions. The system ensures controlled processing, consistent product quality, and dust-free operation, making it suitable for use in the Pharmaceutical, Nutraceutical, Food, and allied industries. The plant is engineered for smooth sugar syrup preparation, effective mixing, filtration, homogenization, and safe product transfer. Its robust construction enables easy operation, minimal maintenance, and reliable performance, while fully complying with cGMP standards.
The Facilities Consist of:
Sugar Dissolving Vessel
Manufacturing Vessel
Storage Vessel
Online Sugar Syrup Pre-Filter
Vacuum System for Transfer of Sugar Syrup
Zero Hold-Up Filter Press
Inline Homogenizer
Product Piping System
Sugar charging is performed through a vacuum-based system, ensuring a fully enclosed and non-contact operation. All product movement within the system is carried out under vacuum.
The plant can be provided with CIP and SIP arrangements along with load cells for real time weighing, on an optional basis.
An optional PLC-operated control panel can be integrated for automated process control.
All wetted parts are constructed using SS 304 / SS 316 in accordance with cGMP guidelines. Internal surfaces of all pipelines are electropolished.
Piping, pipe fittings, and valves are supplied in SS 304 or SS 316, as per customer specification.
An inline filtration arrangement is incorporated to ensure proper product filtration. Bucket filters and sparkler filter presses can be offered if required.
Inline homogenizers or basket-type filters may also be supplied. All gaskets used are made from food-grade silicone material.
Material transfer throughout the plant is executed either by vacuum transfer systems or dedicated transfer pumps.
